Doors are closed from the school building to the playground area where the new building is to be constructed. The school playground will be moved.
Hand dig only? That would take a lot of time. Just removing all the mulch would be time consuming.
A hand shovel to do the work?
Light duty equipment to the rescue!
Lots of mulch to move and heavy playground equipment to move. The mulch is at least 18 inches deep.
Taking apart the playground equipment and making sure you can put it back together is tricky! There are over 200 parts. So the engineers drew a diagram, numbered all the items and took about 60 photos.
Hmm? How do I label this one?
It sure is nice to have mechanical equipment to do the heavy work!
